Embracing the Journey
of Life & Death

Compassionate End of Life Doula Support

As a death doula, my role is to walk alongside you and your loved ones during this time, offering guidance, comfort, and practical support.

Whether you’re planning for your own end-of-life wishes or supporting someone dear to you, I provide a calm, steady presence to help navigate the complexities of this journey with grace and compassion.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be vulnerable, ask questions, and make decisions with clarity.

My approach is infused with warmth, understanding, and a deep respect for your autonomy and choices.

Death is a part of life, yet it’s a journey we often feel unprepared to face.

"“If there’s one thing the Irish do well, it’s death.”

In Australia, conversations around death and dying are often avoided, leaving many feeling unprepared when faced with end-of-life situations. Culturally, we can be a bit death-illiterate, which makes these moments feel even more isolating.

Drawing on my Irish heritage, where storytelling and honouring life's transitions are deeply ingrained, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.

I encourage open, heartfelt conversations, weaving in rituals and traditions that create a sense of connection, comfort, and meaning. Together, we can navigate this journey with wisdom, warmth, and reverence.

My services include:

Thinking about death is frightening, but planning ahead is practical and leaves more room for peace of mind in your final days. I guide individuals through this time of change and support the family when death is imminent or expected.

There are often a lot of decisions to be made and it’s useful to get an idea of the person and the family’s values and wishes.

Much of my work is to provide education, mentorship, guidance and reassurance to families and friends.

A death doula is a person who provides non-medical support to a person or family around the time of transition, at the time of death and after the death.
